I can also help you with relaxation techniques or by accompanying you to therapy (remotely).

Furthermore, I will assist you in finding solutions to your problems or alternative perspectives to help you see your situation in a new light and find a way to move forward.

Loneliness
Managing your feelings of loneliness can be easier with my help. By being present and willing to listen, I can help you feel less isolated and more connected. I will help you find and engage in activities or hobbies that you enjoy, so we can bring joy and purpose into your life.
I will assist and support you in establishing fulfilling friendships and relationships in order to build a supportive network of individuals that can satisfy your social needs and reduce your feelings of loneliness or disconnect.

Why do I do this?
I believe that nobody should have to face their struggles alone, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you journey towards peace, happiness, and clarity. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and validated. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed, I encourage you to reach out to me. How does it work?
Because my main aim is to help you, I only see up to 4 people every day; this way I can give you a higher level of service and avoid burnout.
Some people may need only a few sessions, while others can benefit from ongoing support. On average, it takes between 4 and 16 sessions to get through emotional turmoil. The number of sessions varies depending on your personality and particular situation. Keep in mind that there is no financial commitment required; you pay per session and can book meetings as you need them.
The first session (30 minutes) is free; usually, further sessions (50 minutes) are priced at $150 each, or $120 if your household makes less than $100k per year. However, because 2023 is a difficult year, there is a March promotion: $75 per session or $60 per session if your household makes less than $100,000 per year.
Remember, you won’t be judged, you'll be safe, and I'll give you real support and solicited advice.
